Litterbug & The dragon of Cleanliness

So I started to do some research about the art piece, I always have the Deja Vu feeling with this art piece when I first saw it but let's put this aside first.

This artpiece recalls me something very iconic in Hong Kong, maybe in the past
After some research, I found out one of them is called Litterbug (垃圾蟲), another is called the Dragon of Cleanliness(清潔龍). They are both part of the clean Hong Kong campaign!

Here's some characteristics of Litterbug

Litterbug (垃圾蟲)  is used in the clean Hong Kong campaign that everyone in Hong Kong hates it. The concept of the Litterbug is with every litter throw on the ground, Litterbug grows a new red spot. In Chinese culture, bug is not very positive and always destructive.

Moving on, we have the the characteristics of Dragon of Cleanliness

The Dragon of Cleanliness (清潔龍), which symbolize "clean" in Hong Kong for decades, a role model for citizens to follow. The Dragon of Cleanliness is full geared up with its helmet and work clothes. In Chinese culture, dragon is associated with the positive feeling.
